Office and Shop Fit Out
We provide dedicated project manager to liaise with your designers and representatives to schedule work based on building and business requirements. All our trade teams are inducted, safety and community aware to ensure minimal disruption. We are familiar with codes and will adhere to your architectural and business requirements.
End of Lease Make Good
End of lease make good to return office/ shop/ restaurant to original condition or base structure as per lease agreement. We provide clear scope from the start with fix price. All works will be carried out with on the tools foreman, licensed trades and part time PM to check on progress and provide support to ground crew and client.

- Tiling – Experienced tiling team specialising in full height walls, splashbacks, flooring and features.
- Gyprock – Erect false and partition walls, install lining and insulation, ready to paint.
- Paining – Prime undercoat and 2 top coats of paint of your selection of colour and texture to provide longevity and uniform surface.
- Timber flooring – Installation of solid timer flooring with sanding or floating engineering timber flooring to best match your styling and use
- Carpentry – Full internal and external carpentry services to modify and refurbish existing home to improve aesthetics and function
- Utilities – Modify and improve existing electrical and plumbing services throughout house
